Toasted Marshmallow Toffee (Workshop)

Milk chocolate ganache made with burnt marshmallows, smoked salt, and butter toffee bits. A very sweet rough draft of possibly our next great idea (or idk maybe we'll forget. I forget a lot of things easily).
