Tasting notes: Vibrant oranges and pineapples layered with wine-like chocolate

Vibrant, fruity dark chocolate with a wine-like character made using a blend of micro-lot cacao from Malaysia and the Philippines forms the base of this bar. 

Studded with aromatic candied orange slices from Taiwan, chewy dehydrated golden pineapple from Thailand, and a touch of smoked sea salt, this is a mouth-watering angbao to savour slowly. 

Ingredients: Cacao, cane sugar, candied orange (orange, sugar, salt), dehydrated pineapple, smoked sea salt.
