Luisa Abram - Rio Acara Wild Cocoa 70%
Luisa Abram - Rio Acara Wild Cocoa 70%
Product Description
In the Lower Amazon River Basin, cocoa purchased from several families on the banks of the Acará and Arauaia Rivers is fermented by women from two of these families, in the most artisanal process among those that make up the portfolio of Luisa Abram Chocolates. In this region, the extraction of açaí represents the main activity, followed by cocoa, which has grown significantly. This cocoa belongs to the amelon family and has high genetic purity. In this area, there is a high occurrence of cupuaçu and we can also find the rare wild Amazonian vanilla.
The package comes with two bars of 40g each packed separately, totaling 80g of chocolate. So you don't need to open your chocolate all at once and you can consume it with 100% quality at another time!
Flavor Notes
This chocolate has notes of Brazil nuts, caramel and pineapple. It has a more solid texture compared to Purus and this is due to the amount of cocoa butter in the grain being naturally smaller. Chocolate has a better known flavor (the genetic variety of this grain is present in other parts of the world). It is the bar that least generates controversy within the portfolio.
