Sour Apple Caramels with Black Lime and Hibiscus - Little Apple Treats

LITTLE APPLE SAYS: We've been wanting to do a sour apple caramel for a while now--then this spring our friends at Burlap and Barrel reached out to us about a possible collab and it all fell into place! We use Burlap and Barrel's tart Black Lime powder, along with floral hibiscus and mellow Cinnamon leaves. We think it's the perfect sweet/tart treat! All our luxurious caramels start as freshly-pressed cider, made from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow-cook our candies to buttery perfection using local butter and cream + freshly ground spices. We dust every caramel with our Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat! Shelf life is 4 months (120 days). All of our beautiful candy is freshly made in-house, in our own manufacturing facility. We don't use co-packers or a 3PL shipping old product. :) 1.8 oz. bag (6 pieces).
